Berry Baobab Fruit Smoothie Recipe

There is nothing that has proved most beneficial to my morning then starting it with a fruit smoothie for breakfast, packed with nutrients and yummy fruits. Who else is in love with Fruits?? It’s so easy to become a fruit junkie and what’s best, they play such an important role in your bodies ability to stay healthy.  Whenever I start my day with a Fruit Smoothie my concentration is top notch throughout the day and my energy levels peak. This recipe is no exception to that and is  super simple to make. Here’s what it includes. 

  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 6-8 Sliced Strawberries 
  • 8 Blackberries 
  • 1 Table Spoon of Baobab Powder 
  • Add about 1/3 cup of water (this will vary depending on blending cup size)
