“ From the first meeting, Dennis Wallace and his staff were amazing. Dennis looked at the venue and assured me it would be perfect for our wedding celebration. He helped me layout the room and after our meeting, promptly sent me menu suggestions including his ideas for quantities. We decided on a menu, the price was very reasonable and from there it was so easy. With very little turnover time, Dennis and his staff transformed the room to look beautiful, while at the same time setting up a lovely appetizer table and bar. We had decided on a buffet and our 140 guests are still raving about the food!! We appreciated the professionalism and hard working attitude of his staff-a pleasure to work with. Dennis and his staff made our celebration that we all enjoyed tremendously. Thank you PBS Catering we look forward to using you again.”

“We are back and back to reality. Thank you so much for everything!!! The food was amazing and the chicken was to die for, what little I ate, but the next day all the leftovers were awesome!!! We thank you so much and we got so many rave reviews about how great the food was. I am sorry I didn’t get to see you. Alex said he saw you for a minute but it was such a crazy day! Alex is already planning for you to cater our next event, if you’ll have us after all my craziness. Thank you so much for handling everything and taking care of it all. I had no worries because I know you had it all under control. I’ll add a picture of me and my maid of honor, I actually didn’t get any photos at the wedding, lol!
